The 2011 New Year Celebration will be held at S. 550 RD and Hwy 412 Scenic in Leach, Oklahoma. For more information about this event click here for the brochure.

Interested in competing in the Tournament?

Teams interested in participating in the New Year Sports Tournament will be require to complete the Sports Registration Form, read and sign a Sports Rules & Regulation Form and send to HAI. For more information or questions you can contact Cher Pao Xiong at (479) 225-6989 or Shane Tawr (Thao) at (479) 228-3400.

SPORTS: Team must have a minimum of 50% Hmong players on the field, and must have at least seven players in uniform to start a game.

SENIOR SOCCER TEAMS: All team members must be 40 years old by the day of the tournament to participate. ID checks may be required.

Want to show off your talents?

The Hmong Association, Inc will be hosting a Talent Competition during the New Year Festival that consist of Dancing, Singing, and Kwv Txhiaj (Hmong Folk Song). Please contact Chue Ber Thao at (479) 458-1065 or Pa Chee Lor at (479) 233-9027 if interested. Please note that there is a requirement of 5 participates(groups) per category,minimum, or else the competition is cancel.

Food Booths

Food booths are limited and given on "first come first serve" basis. For more information on the Food booth reservation please contact Pa Tong Xiong (479) 427-0085. The deadline for the Food booth reservation is set at September 17, 2010. To complete the Food booth reservation, three forms are require to be read and signed. These forms can be download below.
