The MISSION of Hmong Association, Inc. is to facilitate, promote and preserve pride, history, culture, and heritage of the Hmong; to offer direction, mutual support, strength, and hope; and to provide advocacy and social services through networking with agencies in Arkansas and other states, while also recognizing and supporting other immigrant and refugee populations. 

The VISION of HAI is to positively impact all community members.
